A small support app downloads. It runs straight away, with no installation or admin rights needed.

Run the app and approve
Open the app and accept the connection. On a Mac, your technician will walk you through allowing screen sharing.

You stay in control
Close the app to end the session at any time. Each code works once, so it can't be used again later.
On a phone or tablet? Install NinjaOne Assist from the App Store or Google Play, then tap "Share my screen" and enter your code.
