Sixty minutes to a clear AI roadmap.

A working session with a senior Evolve engineer for owners and leaders who want the Copilot licences they are paying for to do some work. We look at how your business runs, your Microsoft 365 environment and your data, and you leave with a plan you can act on.

The session

What we cover in sixty minutes.

It runs as a working meeting, with questions going both ways. Bring whoever makes decisions about how the business runs.

  1. Where the time goes

    Minutes 0 to 20

We map how work moves through your business and where it is repetitive, manual or slow. Quotes, intake, reporting, compliance and the inbox usually come up first, and that list decides the rest of the hour.

  2. What AI can do about it

    Minutes 20 to 40

For each candidate we talk through what's realistic with Microsoft 365 Copilot and the tools you already pay for, what it needs from your data, and where the risk sits.

  3. What to do first

    Minutes 40 to 60

We rank the candidates by effort and payoff, agree the first one or two, and sketch the roadmap on the spot. The written version follows.

Who it's for

Built for the people who run the business.

You do not need a technical background or an existing agreement with Evolve. You need to know how your business works and be in a position to decide what changes.

Owners, partners and directors
You're being asked about AI by staff, clients or your board, and you want a considered answer rather than a vendor's.
Practice and operations managers
You own the processes that eat the hours: intake, scheduling, reporting, compliance. You already know where the friction is.
Businesses on Microsoft 365
Most of what we recommend builds on the licences and data you already have. If you're not there yet, we'll say so and the roadmap starts there.
The roadmap

You leave with a written plan in plain English.

One document covers the opportunities we found, the ones worth doing first, what each needs, and roughly what it involves.

The document is yours. Act on it with us, with someone else, or on your own. We don't hold it over your head.

The readiness check

A straight answer on whether your data is ready.

AI tools surface whatever they can see. If your file permissions are a mess, Copilot shows it to everyone.

We'll tell you if there's groundwork to do before you switch anything on, and exactly what that groundwork is.

Nothing to sell

There is no product demo and no vendor in the room.

We resell no AI products and take nothing from vendors, so the advice has nothing riding on it.

If AI is not going to move the needle for you this year, that is what the roadmap will say.

Before you ask

The questions we get before booking.

Short answers. Anything else, ask us.

Do we need to be an Evolve client?
No. The session stands on its own. Existing managed-service clients can book it the same way, or through their account manager.
What do we need to prepare?
Nothing formal. A rough list of the jobs your team finds slow or repetitive helps, and access to whoever can answer questions about how you work today.
In person or online?
Either. On-site across the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Toowoomba, or a Teams call anywhere else.
Book your session
