Four stages we call EASE: Evaluate, Adopt, Simplify, Evolve. Every client engagement follows the same clear path, so you always know what stage you're in and what's coming next.
Evaluate
We start by listening.A senior engineer reviews your current IT and where you want the business to go, then writes up a report and strategy that is yours to keep. It is a paid, standalone engagement from $1,500+GST, and the fee is credited to your first month if you proceed.
Adopt
We move you across on a plan.Once you approve the plan, we move everything across on an agreed timeline, with the work scheduled around your team so the disruption stays small.
Simplify
One team runs the lot.You have one number to call, one team that knows your environment, and one monthly report that shows what we did. The day-to-day runs without you having to think about it.
Evolve
We grow with you.Regular strategic reviews and a rolling roadmap keep the technology in step with where the business is going, so risk comes down and performance goes up year after year.
